I purchased a bass guitar on 8/24/2021. I paid 98 dollars with my debit card. I would check my order periodically from last week until now and my order is still pending. It has been more than a week and I still have not received my guitar nor has it been shipped. I emailed customer service 3 times and there was no response. There is no 1-800 customer service number. I want a full refund.
