I saw a Facebook ad pop up for a diaper bag, it was advertised as really cheap. I ordered in August and received a confirmation text but then never received a package. I have kept emailing them with no response. Now, I can't even view the website.

I also ordered the free diaper bag for $11.95 on sep 2019 from an ad I saw on Instagram. It is now June 2020 and I still have never received this item. They don’t answer back and the links don’t even work.

I Bought a diaper bag which stated free bag just pay shipping from Facebook which was 11.95 shipping on August-25-2019 still have not received it as of November-4- 2019. Has anyone received this bag or how do you get refunded? Thanks in advanced

So I saw a ad on Facebook for free diaper bags and all I had to do was pay shipping. The bags were really nice and there were other legit businesses doing the same promotion. So I ordered a bag, paid the shipping, and received confirmation and a tracking number on August 18, 2019. Its September 14, 2019, my tracking information has not changed at all and I've contacted the company through email and Facebook several times with no response. I'm very disappointed and angry that they're using a scam to steal from new parents. Please take them down.

Saw ad for diaper bag and after clicking on link, item appeared in my bag for free. I only had to pay shipping. Bag has not showed up and company will not return my emails or phone calls.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a free diaper bag just pay shipping. I purchased one and received an email letting me know that my order has shipped. I have yet to receive a tracking number and the website is no longer active. I have tried emailing them but haven't received a response

I ordered a product from Zotoday.com over two weeks ago, was charged more than my reciept had listed as the price, and I've emailed multiple times since asking how long it takes to ship their products and never heard anything back. Never received my product.
