I ordered a special cake tool for Christmas in November 2017, after seeing an ad on Facebook. I never received the item or a response back to my 2 emails asking for a refund. The tracking said that it made it out of China, but I never received tracking on information for once it entered the United States. When I went to send a complaint through the website, the site told me that the Inbox was full an couldn't receive any more inquiries.
