I'm actually not sure if this is a scam or not. They contacted me saying they found my resume online and would like to hire me for a work from home part time Administrative Assistant position paying $48,000 annually. I sent them my updated resume and filled out their application which only asked for my general contact and location information. They then offered me the job sending me an employment contract with their ID number 90288140. I am not sure what the scam is, but it sounds too good to be true. I was not able to verify to ID number, but they did state they are opening a location in Kent, WA which is why they are recruiting in my area. I am looking for information to find out if I should sign this contract or not.

No, don't do it. Someone I know got the same position, in another state. Once he signed the employment contract and finally was given access to the training apps, they asked for his back account information so he could collect money from the customers. Why, would they need HIS bank information? Why does the company not have their own account? When he inquired about this request, they became very nasty and disrespectful. I'm filling a formal complaint with the BBB and what ever business entity possible. This sounds like a money laundering scheme. One they have your account information, they can move money in and out of your account at will. And it won't be illegal because you gave them permission to do it. DON'T DO IT!
