I talked to some lady in the Philippine’s who asked me for even more info to delete some bull[censored] [censored] subscription to some bogus e-commerce book subscription. Something needs to be done about this!

I called last month because they took money off my debit card.they refunded my money.
All exept an 88 cent charge.
I wasnt going to make an issue over 88cents.
Now,all of a sudden,they are charging me again.
I want my money back.
Including my petty 88 cents.

I canceled and called them. Not happy. She was reading a script and didn't care that I was angry and didn't order this service. They charged me $39.99 a month and are only refunding me $119.00. I am hoping my credit card company will do something about this! I told her they should be ashamed for stealing peoples money that didn't even order and I still have no clue what they are for!

They also go by LuMatch. I had no idea who these people were until I went to gas up & drive 102 miles home. My card got declined. It had been a long day not to mention the temps were 113. I call & find these 2 charges which froze my card as my bank was doing their job. Bad timing as I had no cash to get gas to get home. So they foiund my card info someplace but thankfully my bank was on the job.

They have tried to take money out of the account even when the account was cancelled. Once this number was called, they could not provide a manager after stating their were 4 managers workings and eventually I was put on the phone with a "supervisor". This supervisor did not have the same story as the customer service member. The supervisor's name was Alexander but she addressed herself as Alex at first and the customer service rep was Dale.
