The person on the phone number with a PDF "INVOICE" claiming I ordered a Norton Life-Lock package worth $488.99 for Windows Computer (4 users). It states that it is purchased on July 7, 2023, (today), and to call customer support 1(888)712-5785. When I called, immediately the guy on the line asked for the order number. Then he asked for personal email address. At this point, something was clearly abnormal. He then told me to hang up the phone and not to waste his time when I called to cancel an item, although this was never disclosed as the intention of the call.
