I received a letter addressed to my deceased husband informing us that we have a delinquent tax lien on the property. The letter continued on ,to offer help if we were interested in selling or listing the property i.e. " We can get you a cash offer or list on the open market." Upon research ,I find that there are no tax liens or taxes due! Research being , Checked with the mortgage co and the County Treasurer. I believe that this company should be called out for scare tactics and targeting seniors with bogus misleading information.
