On August 15th 2020 I placed an order with ZOIYA buy 2 Hammock Chairs, get third free, plus free shipping! I received confirmation and order number, never received my order, nor a refund, this company is a scam, Facebook marketed their product, & advertisements, both companies should be held liable, contact your State BBB better Business bureau, your states consumer protection, & your states attorneys general's office!

I purchased 08/15/2020 after seeing on FACEBOOK hammock chair campaign, buy 2 get 3rd free, plus free shipping. I never received chairs, went to my bank canceled my debit card, there is no way to get $38 of my money back. I have tried numerous times to contact these scammers, I believe that Facebook should be held accountable too! I will be filing complaints with BBB-Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, & my state's Attorney General against both ZOIYA, & Facebook! This is absolute BS on not just only ZOIYA, but Facebook, they endorsed and advertised this scam! Please anyone else that has been scammed by this company also needs to file complaints against Facebook too, for
their part, and supporting falsified advertisement!

Had same problem! Ordered 8/2/20 and only the same email confirming order and soon to be shipped. Charged credit card but never received it! Called credit card company and they refunded my card. Hopefully they get caught! ?

I think we all got SCAMMED! I placed an order on August 31, 2020 for (2) rocking camping chairs. Paid $39.98 and NOTHING! Now the company doesn't reply and maybe doesn't exist! CHINA strikes again!

I never got my chairs but they took my money the same day I ordered them. I even a PO# and confirmation number. This company is a scam. They shouldn’t be able to advertise. I’ve also sent numerous e-mails but only one answer back blaming there logistics and this was back on August 4th.

Ordered two chairs on Aug 29, 2020. Was given an order number and sent an email saying that they were preparing to ship. They have not shipped and Zoiya has not responded to my email, yet money was taken out of my account the day of the order. How can I get a refund for my $39.98?

I ordered two (2) chairs on 08/13; received a response shortly thereafter that my order was being processed and that they would let me know when the chairs shipped - have sent them multiple e-mails (bouncebacks?), have never heard from them, they have never answered my queries as to the status of my order. They charged my card, but I have received nothing from them.
