Ordered a magenta cardboard display 4ft for son’s birthday on August 20th. Confirmation email received. I tried to go back two weeks later on the website to check the order status. It stated that I’ve been locked out due to password lockout. I’ve sent two emails requesting an update. I’ve heard nothing back. No phone number listed. Amount lost 44.95

I was looking for King Kong and Godzilla shoes for my grandson’s birthday and Zoinkey’s website came up so I contacted them paid for the shoes and 2 months later I still haven’t gotten the shoes and they don’t answer my emails

I paid for a pair of personalized Barbie hightops for my 7 year old granddaughter s birthday. Showed her the picture she loved them. Now here 3 months later after many emails promising they were coming still not here. Horrible people.

I had made a purchase of 2 pairs of boys shoes for $ 69.90 and I have no shoes or refund back I have email them so many times and no one has not email me back there is not phone to call them in one of the email I even put my phone number for them to call that I needed more shoes and no answer back

I ordered a Minecraft life size cardboard cut out for my grandsons bday party and never received it. I have emailed many times and no response. There is no number to call and after doing some research I found I not the only one who has had a similar experience. The worst part is that my grandson will be so disappointed and it’s too late to order from anywhere else. I hope this will save someone else from going through the same thing.

This company claims to make birthday party decorations and custom birthday clothing. They only communicate through email. There is no phone number or address and no way to leave a review about them on any websites. They will take your money and email you a few times to make you think you are getting your product then when you continue to ask where your product is or if you can talk to someone on the phone they will disappear and you will not hear from them again. It’s a total scam. Several other people after doing research have been scammed by this company as well. I disputed the charges with my bank but people need to be aware of this company! The company will come up when searching for them through google under Zoinkey.com

I ordered a personalized banner for my granddaughters birthday and they promised to rush deliver it so I had it on time. That was over 3 weeks ago. They emailed me multiple times asking for my mailing address and order number and I gave it to them multiple times ánd it took forever to respond. With all the back and forth bull[censored] I should have had the banner a while ago. I am so angry because I could have ordered the banner from a real legit website that I hand heard of. Now I'm out of money and I have no banner, which is the center decoration of the party..I wish I could get a hold of these people so I could tear into them.i ḍo not recommended zoinkey to anyone.

I ordered a personalized banner for my granddaughters birthday and the promised to have it rush delivered. It has been back and forth emails with them asking my address and order number I have given to the about 6 different times so far.now they aren't responding and I still don't have the banner.i am very angry because I couldn't have ordered it some other website ťhat is real and legit. They don't even have a number for customers to call .I am absolutely livid. I will let everyone know they are a scam .
