I ordered a product off of a Facebook ad that is supposed to be a 3 tier folding shelf. Instead, I received a product that is nothing like what I ordered and I have no idea what it is. There was no paperwork with the product, nor a receipt. When I clicked on the link to review the order, as well as the order website, I get a message stating, "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable". I ordered it at the end of March and received this item two days ago. The email receipt for the order shows albumoon Order NO.A01JWI83762. I sent an email to the company inquiring about my order when I had not received it after a substantial amount of time and they sent me the tracking number LY146441228CN from this email address: [email protected]. The tracking website is all in Chinese and I cannot read anything on it. The email address that information came from is: [email protected] via admin.shoplazza.com and signed-by: admin.shoplazza.com
