I saw an ad on Facebook for reclining camping chairs, 2 for $39.98. I made a purchase using my credit card. I never received any shipping information and tried contacting the company after 2 weeks and never heard anything back from them. I contacted my credit card company and told them that I believed that I purchased a scam. They told me to give it until Oct 10th, 2020 for the company to contact me or send shipping information. I gave them the information I had on the company. On my credit card statement the charge says "ETRBAL www.ertbal.sh mi". While browsing Facebook I saw an ad for a group called “Scammed By Facebook ads”. While on this site I realized that hundreds of people had been duped by purchasing this chair. Most people paid through Paypal and had disputes open. All of the places the chair scams were from was China, from all different websites. Some people received 4” tall doll chair/stools 3 months after purchase and had to pay a very pricey return shipping to China. But most people did not receive anything, let alone a refund. I contacted my Credit card company on October 11th letting them know that the chair was a scam and they put a hold on the $39.98 that I paid and said that the company had 45 days to contact them, but that they hadn’t heard anything from the company yet.
