I ordered a baby wrap from this company on 1/23/23. After ordering I was tracking its progress and there was never any movement of the package or it would move from one place to another and then move back to the original place. Finally I received a notification on 2/18/23 that it had been delivered but I received nothing and when I reached out to the company to tell them they did nothing to help me.

I thought it was a legitimate website. This is the first time I got scammed. I made the purchase March 3rd up to now just a shipping label created

I initially saw an ad for this baby carrier on Instagram. I then purchased my baby carrier on February 4th for $39.95 plus shipping. It took 24 days to actually leave the facility. I emailed several times only to get a generic "we are processing your order, shipping policy is listed clearly on our website ". I finally received my item yesterday on February 27th. My product is too big so I am unable to use it. I feel like I am out $40 because, I contacted the company and they apologized that I am unhappy and pretty much blamed me for not ordering the right one. The large wrap is for weights 150-300lbs. I am 180 and it is too large.
