The website offered a suitcase with a carry-on for $30. The website no longer exists. I paid for this purchase in October of 2022 and still have not received the item. It is now July of 2023. I have a receipt from zmasterminepte.com, which also no longer exists.

I ordered an inflatable bed on November 1, 2022 and never received the product. I tried emailing the company, but the email address provided on my receipt is not valid. I lost $58.

Saw the Z Mastermine PTE LTD ads in Facebook and bought a luggage for $29.99 on 11/8/22 with order number 938DE-ACO42K0, for my upcoming travel the 3rd week of Nov. Nothing arrived and we have been exchanging email communication with them and they have several reasons for the delay as follows: 11/19/22 that my item was shipped, and having asked for the tracking number, they said due to minor logistics system malfunction they cannot provide the tracking number but will do so within 3 days - but none was sent to us. On 12/18/22, that it was shipped to a wrong address on 12/5/22 to Waipahu, HI - I am in North Carolina and my address was entered during my purchase.

12/21/22, asked for my correct Address which I provided again and I'm supposed to wait for a week - nothing came.

Followed up again for my order on 1/24/23 and they asked for my correct address again. Their last email to me was on 1/29/23 that they will contact the post office and will re-dispatch and I can wait another 7 days.

I had it, I'm already convinced it was a scam so I disputed the purchase to my credit card company. Surprisingly, Z Mastermine PTE LTD was able to provide a proof of delivery with USPS tracking number that shows my package was delivered on 1/3/23. I was confused how there was proof of delivery but I did not receive the Luggage. How come there was a tracking number that confirms there was a delivery to my address yet their service dept never provided me that tracking number the whole time I checked on the delivery of my order. I lose my money, good thing it is not much, but others could lose more, like the other lady, if Z Mastermine PTE LTD is left unchecked and allowed to continue to scam innocent people of their money.

That is my bad experience and learning lesson with online purchase from this vendor.

I saw an ad on Facebook for luggage so I purchased it for $29.99 on 11/12/2022 via credit card. I received a confirmation of the purchase, purchase order number and receipt. The advertisement offered "Buy 1 Get 1 Free - 2 piece set of multifunctional luggage, limited time discount of $29.99. I ordered the blue set.

On 12/23/2022, I sent an email to inquire as to the status of my order. The response email asked for order details, receipt number, etc. Of course, I provided the requested information about my purchase.

On January 09, 2023, I received an email stating my order had been shipped. I was provided a tracking number for a shipping company I'm not familiar with (i.e. www.17track.net/en). I tracked my package and it was delivered to some place in New Hampshire. My order was to be delivered to northeastern Wisconsin. On January 13, 2023, I advised Z Mastermine pte ltd that the order was sent to not only the wrong address, but the wrong state. Additionally, I requested a refund be issued. Since Jan. 13th, I've been requesting a refund. I have exchanged 16 emails with this company and each time, they ignore my refund request; offering to re-ship the product. The last email on January 30th stated, "Dear customer, Owing to our profit is too low, and bear the lost goods' cost under COVID-19, we are not easy to live. we also hope you can receive the goods, so we hope you can accept to resend, okay?"

I have not responded to this email and am now filing this scam complaint.

Paid for the item 3 months ago and kept getting email saying the item has shipped wait 20 days. I would contact them again in 20 days and complain that I hadn't received it and I would receive another email saying item has shipped wait 20 days. Finally today They sent me a tracking number and I checked the tracking number and it says that the item was delivered in San Antonio Texas. I tell them that the item was delivered to the wrong state and they tell me oh well it's not our problem it's been delivered you need to contact your post office. This is after waiting four months for an item that was probably never shipped and I was probably given a fake tracking number that they give everyone to try to make it look like they shipped it and there was a mishap with the post office. They are refusing to give me my money back so I'm going to dispute it with my credit card company if I can.

I don't know this company. Says I ordered something from them. Haven't received anything. Especially from Singapore. I have order# and the receipt #. Been trying to fine out who they are. Got what little info from my bank. Bank try to get my money back. Bank said it show I made a purchase. I still don't know what I was suppose to purpose. I lost $56.98

Advertised on Facebook, purchased online goods, received a payment acknowledgment to my email. I inquired to them about the status, because the website was not recognizing my order number. I did not receive a response and followed up with my suspicions of fraud. I googled the company and many others have complained of the scam. I disputed the charges with my bank but they need to be shut down
