I called a service I found on Google to request a quote for sofa and carpet cleaning. I left a message with someone that seemed to be a message service. I got a call from another number who took my information and set up an appointment. Then they called me later since I didn’t set up an appointment right then and there. I texted to set up appt for quote. They told me if I was not happy with the quote they would work with me. They arrived today 6/7. Told me it would be over $1000 to clean the items. I told them no I would pass. They called me back since I was at work and not at home. Someone was home letting them in. At the end, the items were not cleaned, they were at but still dirty. I zellled the email address $325.00.
