I order men’s shoes and after a lengthy wait time received the items. The shoes were of poor quality and I requested to return them. The company will not provide return address information Furthermore, they requested pictures showing the problem with the shoes. I explained that I am dissatisfied with the overall quality of the shoes and requested a refund. The company policy states that a form is needed to return/request refund, but the company refuses to provide the form. I should be able to return unwanted merchandise hassle free.
