I also made an order in Nov 2018, checked on it many times and got a reply from "Tara Reid, Customer Service" saying they were working on the order because they weren't up to standard or something like that. I have since been getting ads on Facebook and Instagram that are the exact same ad for all different kinds of zip bags. I paid 28.00 for 2 bags. Very upsetting because now the "original Zip Top" company says I was scammed and that Zip Toppie had copied their ads. Very dissapointed.

I placed an order last December (2019) for a complete set of storage bags - $74 but never received them. Tried contacting numerous times but got no response. my credit card company would not remove the charge since they said i made the purchase.

I placed an order for $73.94 on 12/28/18. I emailed them the first time 3/19 asking about info for my order, I got a reply from a Tara Reid stating the first batch being sent out wasn’t up to the standards and were rebuilding the next batch. In other words but more or less it said that. Ok great nice to have some info. So months later, after STILL NOT RECEIVING my order, I emailed again on 12/31/19. That email sent to ([email protected]) has gone unanswered and now the email isn’t even a valid email address anymore. It sucks to have your hard earned money stolen by crappy, scammer, good for nothing oxygen stealers. (I can’t even call them people)

I purchased some products from ziptoppie.com in early January, it’s now mid June and I never received my order. I went to their website and it says “The entire Zip Toppie team is terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Due to unexpected demands, we are completely sold out!

All old orders are still being processed normally, we are a small team and is overloaded. We very much appreciate your patience.” But when you try to contact them for any information all the emails get bounced back as un-deliverable. I spent $105.11 on containers in an effort to reduce my plastic usage and carbon footprint and now I’ve lost the money. If you come across any of their info or products, be warned and don’t give them your money!

Ordered $70 worth of their products. Over 6 months ago. Never received products. Contacted customer service, 1 reply that they are out of stock but sending as soon as possible, that was 2 months after I ordered. Tried to contact several more times with no response and now the site is down and email doesn't work. Facebook page all of a sudden gone. And no way to contact them to get my money back. Total scammers.
