you contact them, supposedly they sell puppy chihuhua's to you online, show pictures, gives you bios, how healthy they are raised the kit and caboodle, then they draw you in respond to all your email and questions but only by email because the person your contacting with according to her had a military accident and is now deaf, so she cant talk to you by phone... the ask you for money to cover shipping costs and will have the puppy delivered directly to you at the place you choose...the due transactions thru zelle... they state once they get fees, papers are drawn .. airline reservations will be made and sent to you a day b4 delivery... but of course that never happens and they keep giving you excuse after excuse... they are busy, etc they are working on paperwork to get it going, but your puppy is not the only one being shipped, so you have to just wait the process until they get everything lined up... but of course that doesnt happen, and now they have your money, you have no puppy.. had a friend pretend to be interested in the same dog i purchased (bought) they gave her same info, told her it was still available asked for money... and so on... these are scammers taking money and do not have the puppies or live at the place they say..
