I followed an ad on Facebook which offered an espresso machine at a deeply discounted price. We went to the website which looked legitimate. Another company known as kingsvi Said the order was shipped from the UK and would arrive in Houston around the 11th. It's been over ten days and still, no updates on delivery. We tried to email the company, a email was returned as that email address does not exist.

Purchased coffer machine on line through FACEBOOK link, $299.00…it was a Breville BES870XL. Received confirmation of purchase and shipping details, tracked shipment to delivery into houston on 3rd JULY and never delivered to me. Contacted by e-mail seller and shipper, e-mails come back as non deliverable, contacted by phone and only voice recording

Yeah same for me i ordered the coffee machine on facebook as it did look legitimate, trey to contact and e-mail doesn’t get delivered and the phone number doesn’t connect to anyone only message service. This is a SCAM for sure as the delivery has been sitting in limbo when you try to contact the shipping company same results e-mail non-delivery and no one to talk to on the phone number

Someone purporting to be Ziabe.com is using our Hurd Family Coffee, LLC company name and address and scamming the public. Our company has nothing to do with coffee and was named "Coffee" because of Coffee County, Tennessee, where our property is located.

Thank you for letting us know. I have taken pictures of the Aid on Facebook. I have gone down this rabbit hole. Everything with the web page looks like it real. I would love it if someone could file charges with people like this.

I have ordered breville barista coffee machine for $299 but cannot contact support or phone number on website regarding the order. It’s a scam. Don’t order from this website they will steal your credit card information and use the card.
Check the address on Google maps that they have provided in Zaibe.com website there is nothing exists.

I can find the building but nothing to do with coffee. I added a picture of it. As far as them using my card yet, I will be looking out for that. We have let our card company know what is going on with this.
I was unable to get ahold of anyone from their support (email or phone). I did find the bus lic on the state web page. We are waiting to see if we are getting the $299 coffee machine as well. Every day been tracking it. I plan on updating when I get more info.
The shipping company is call KingSVI. Again there support you cannot get a hold of (+86 number is China and email is undeliverable) but other then that looks to be a well done web page. The Address is the UK is a little country town in middle of no where.

We followed an ad on Facebook which offered an espresso machine at a deeply discounted price. We went to the website which looked legitimate, and looked on google earth at their physical address. We could not call their phone number as it was after hours. After placing the order we realized our zip code was wrong on our order, so we tried to call the provided number later which is a google number that goes nowhere. We tried to email the company with the same results, the email was returned as that email address does not exist. We have alerted our credit card and hope we can get our money back.
