My sewing machine stopped working, so I was looking to buy a new one. All my local shops are sold out of basic sewing machines, so I looked online. I had done some research so I google searched the model I wanted. One of the websites that came up was oliveshop.space which was selling what I wanted at a clearance price. The shop seemed a little odd; they were selling sewing machines and kayak racks (which is a weird combination). So, I did some research on the company, but couldn't find any negative information. One logo that said Discount Power did look like it belonged to an energy company in Texas. That and my gut feeling should have warned me, but I went ahead and ordered. I paid with PayPal so I would not have to give my card information. The only communication I ever received about this order was from PayPal. They sent me the original order information and a shipping email. When I clicked on the tracking number provided by the seller in the PayPal email, it said it was delivered to my mailbox the same day it shipped. Delivery the same day it shipped is suspicious and you can't put a sewing machine in a mailbox. There is no package at my house anywhere. I have tried to email the seller and reported the problem to PayPal. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. Always pay attention to your gut feeling when you are dealing with potential scams!
