This company has a Facebook page where they sell supplies for dog grooming. You order whatever supplies that you are wanting and you can pay for “VIP” shopping where it will ship quicker…. But it doesn’t ship quicker. So I paid for faster shipping and still it took 3 weeks to get a package. I ordered a vacuum cleaner for grooming my dog and instead I received a silk scarf. When I reached out to the customer service email they told me that I would have to ship the scarf back to China myself in order to get a full refund of the vacuum. When I asked that they provide the shipping label since they’re the one that screwed it up and they said that I am responsible for paying the shipping. I asked for them to just go ahead and ship the item I ordered and they are saying no and that I should just accept a partial refund minus the cost of the item they accidentally shipped to me.

So no matter what it appears I will not be receiving the vacuum cleaner that I paid for.
