Scam scam

I ordered $127 drone on MAY 24 2022 and haven’t receive any shipping email or tracking number.
I have send several emails but no response now I’m going to ask PayPal for refund tomorrow let see what I have to face??.
This company is fraud and scam be careful everyone please ?

On the 4th of February, I ordered a selfie stick from this company through adds appearing while navegating on the internet. I made the payment through Paypal. I have not received any email from them since then. Then I checked on the Paypal community and found out that the company had been denounced to Paypal since june 2020. Sometimes they serve rubbish or nothing at all. Paypal knows because these cases have been reported but they keep launching money to them and they do not give the money back. Who is making bussiness here? Why does Paypal accept this partner? Money reason? And who defend us? On the other hand the client service attention is tortuous and difficult, really. I will call the phone tomorrow. And see what they have to say.

On the 4th of february I payed to this company for a selfie stick product through Paypal (24,76 USD). I have not received any e-mail from the company recognizing the order, the payment or giving the shipping instructions. Nothing. I suspect it is a scan company.
I have reclaim Paypal, let´s see how it responds.

Sent the product I ordered but with a crucial part missing. Refusing to dispatch a new product until I return the faulty one via tracked post back to china (which would cost almost as much as the original product). Offering only a partial refund of 20%. Reported to PayPal. Appears they are a scam company well known for these tricks! Lesson learnt!

I also had the same exact problem as this lady...I order magnetic eyelashes through tiktok and have not recd shipping information nor any information regarding this product I was charged $20.17 and nothing shows up on my paypal acct either, please refund my money asap,Zhiyun Chuang Network scam is to send a much cheaper item in order to "show" they shipped an item that is not anywhere near the same value as the original item ordered. Paypal is allowing this company to scam their customers by siding with them in disputes since they provided tracking, even after providing proof the wrong item was provided

I received a confirmation email from Beoris. the above information is from my pay pal confirmation.

started asking for tracking information on February 14. I start getting the run around, I email requesting a refund and they tell me I cannot get one since it has shipped. I keep asking for tracking and getting told it has been shipped, it is in customs, it is on a plane, it has been delivered to my local postal office. I put in a claim with the postal service and they say there is no package with that tracking number.

I tell them I am reporting the scam and they say they will ship another with safer delivery. I demand a refund. They send tracking, I demand a refund and am reporting.

I ordered a wonderful cactus shaped cat tower with shelves etc, paid $25 because it was "supposed" to be on special, and instead I got a tiny little pink scratching post! I shop online often, and this is the first time I have been scammed! And it bites! Be warned - do not use Zhiyun Chuang Network for ANY PURCHASE - they will just take your money and scam you. Grrrrrrrr. I am livid. (The first pic is what I ordered - the pink thing is similar to what I got)

I ordered a cat toy for $25 and received a receipt through PayPal. They sent a cat toy worth less than $5 instead. When contacted both Zhiyun Chuang Network and PayPal said I would need to return the item they sent me before consideration could be given for a refund, The cost of the return would have been higher than the refund, which I wasn't expecting to see. There are many, many complaints of a similar nature in the PayPal forums. Months later and PayPal are still allowing Zhiyun Chuang Network to use their service and so I have stopped using PayPal for transactions.

I ordered 3 Non slip insulating place mats @ $7.88 each, and A knife Block holder for $19.88 via Facebook and paid with PayPal. I did not receive acknowledgement of my order, but PayPal paid $78.92 for these goods. I ordered and paid on 7 September 2020 and have not received or hear from this Company.
Sounds like daylight robbery.

I bought a tennis trainer for 9.99 plus shipping as advertised on Facebook. After a month, I got a tennis ball with a string. I asked a full refund via Paypal and they want me to return the item to an address in China. It will cost $65.00 to send (with tracking info). These are scammers. I just realized this belatedly. I will be posting on social media to warn everyone to stop ordering stuff that looks like it is made or sent from China. Chinese Scam experts... Warn everyone you know.

Bought a steel drum. Received a tiny $1 toy (BROKEN) xylophone! They just say I received my order; nothing they can do. VERY ANGRY! SCAMMERS! Agree with what the others have said; they send you a tiny cheap item then say you received it and that is it. Also agree that unfortunately PAY PAL is allowing this to continue. They just 'closed' my complaint. I ordered 'something' Zhiyun sent 'something' and that's the end! If the company will not be responsible, PayPal should refund everyone their money.

I have emailed this company numerous times with no help or answers. They say package was delivered but, I have the Ring doorbell video installed and it shows no cat post/large box was ever delivered. I also Google searched this company and found that they scam/fraud many customers that use PayPal because they forge the delivery information to say it was delivered or deliver a pendant so it says something was delivered. Which then means you can't do anything. I use PayPal to protect me from such incidents yet PayPal does absolutely nothing even when this is fraud. They scammed me and PayPal didn't care about all the evidence and all their PayPal customers who have written complaints about this company to them. Each and every case including mine PayPal sided with the scammers.

Like another purchaser, I ordered a Cat Cactus Scratcher Toy from Facebook advertisement, paid with Paypal. The seller sent me a cheap trinket - an owl watch necklace, not what I ordered.

After researching the seller company, I found a large online community within Paypal, and also on Twitter, with similar complaints.

Zhiyun Chuang Network's scam is to send a much cheaper item in order to "show" they shipped an item with a tracking number. However, the item they actually send is of low value, nowhere near the value of the original item ordered.

I initially filed a complaint with Paypal about 'item not received', but am changing it to 'Item received but substantially different than what ordered'. Complaint is currently open.
