Consumer was contacted by someone using the name Bianca Maura stating she was from the State of IL processing center, she provided a case file # and said that the consumer had an outstanding debt that needed to be paid immediately or the police would be called to arrest her. They said it was in reference to a Cash Store loan from the Galesburg, IL location in 2013. Consumer provided her bank account # and $1006.00 was taken from her account. The charge was attempted twice but the bank declined the second transaction and consumer is working to get the initial transaction reversed also. Consumer was also told that the state's legal representative would follow up if payment was not made in a timely manner, and they were from McGuire, Woods, and Dunn in Georgia.
