I bought a kitchen aid mixer from this company and still have not gotten it. I received a pair of sunglasses in with the tracking number for mixer. I emailed them and was told someone had messed up and the correct item would be shipped to me. Then they said it must have been lost in the mail. I am disabled and on a fixed income and this was a Christmas gift I saved up for. Now I was told to please wait two days for them to sort everything out. Now no response. Complete scam. So disappointing.

I ordered gaming chair on December 17, 2020 for approximately $63. I bought this chair because when I looked into the company it said it was based out of Colorado. I came to find out about the chair was being shipped from China. It is now January 12, 2021 and I still have not received this chair. I did however receive facemasks with the same tracking number that I was given for the chair. I have tried to contact the company via email and I’ve gotten no response. I’ve tried to call the number on the website and The phone number is disconnected. I’m very leery about buying things from overseas to begin with which is why when I looked into this company and it said it was based out of Colorado I purchased chair. The website looked very legit and my son really liked the chair. So I decided to purchase it. Boy was that a mistake because it’s been nothing but a headache and my son still doesn’t have his gaming chair that he was supposed to get for Christmas and God only knows if I’m going to be able to get my $63 back.

This is a picture and description of the chair that I purchased, it’s very attractive to a 10-year-old boy. I would never ever, ever, suggest buying anything from this company. If anyone has suggestions on who I can contact to possibly get a refund from this company I would greatly appreciate any help you might be able to give me.
