I ordered a penguin glasses stand, I received tracking number, apparently it was delivered to British Columbia. I have had many email back and forth with the support team, offered to resend, and surprise never received it. this has been on going since nov 5th 2022. I am now trying to get a full refund, but still getting the run around.
