The scammer is selling products that are not to scale. Then once you receive said products that are obviously not to standard, the scammer informs you that they are not going to take your product back nor issue a refund and your product is either defective not to scale, or at all, what was displayed on the site. After they took my money and information, I have seen numerous reviews from people stating they are either not receiving products or receiving products that are far from acceptable.

I ordered three pairs of shoes, totaling $177 of my hard-earned money, for a special event (my birthday). They use: "Shop" as a tracking platform, but the tracking progress never moves in the app. They told me three weeks ago they were shipping it out after multiple frustrated emails to them, Nothing has come or no emails confirming. I complained, saying I never had confirmation or tracking; they sent me the same response three times in a row, "Do not worry, we will get this order out to you ASAP," but the Shop app showed no progress. They asked for my order number. I gave them that three times, and then they asked for it again in the same email in which I had put the order number. I sent an irate email, and they responded, asking me to choose another pair of shoes because one was out of stock two months later. It is a full-on scam, and I have lost $177 of my money. What can I do?
