Tried to purchase a rain cloud diffuser for my daughter for Christmas. Placed the order and received a confirmation number. Several weeks went by with no updates or tracking. I clicked on the email confirmation to track my order and the website was down. I emailed them asking for an update. No response. Followed up again a week later- website still down. Emailed again. This time they did reply stating production issues and it would be another 3 weeks. Checked in again a month later, same thing. Website down, emailed them and no response. Followed up again, this time they replied with shipping details. Tracked the order however it was not for me. It was delivered to a New Mexico address- I am in Minnesota. Since, have emailed 3 times and now an automatic message gets sent saying "cannot send your spam request to sender". Do not use this company EVER.
