I never received shipping or tracking information. I contacted the team and they gave me the same message over and over. I requested a refund multiple times, it's now 1 month out and nothing. They just keep telling me to wait or to return it for a full refund. I never received any items. They say they provide tracking after 48 hours, never got that either. Now they are telling me there is a delay and that i should get the order soon but still will not provide me with any tracking information. They refuse to give me my money back.
