zenithteacupshihtzu.com responded to on-line inquiry about puppies they had for sale asking if i got the email, but they never sent an email. Then they replied via text from a cell phone number that was not found when i tried to verify via reverse directory and the website " been verified". They asked a lot of personal questions and said they would provide an akc registration for the puppy, they wanted information related to payment before we even determined that we were going to purchase the puppies. but when I asked for their business license number or AKC registration number they responded they were a small business.
