I thought I was ordering the item pictured, an embossed genuine leather journal for $59-99. It showed 7 chakra stones, and a metal clasp. When received, it is fabric covered cardboard, or some other cheap material. What was supposed to be embossed is printed on the fabric. Before I removed it from the plastic wrapping, I could see that the clasp was already pulled out of the cardboard. I immediately sent a message to the seller who guaranteed 100% satisfaction. I have sent 6 emails to 2 separate email addresses, and have not received a reply.

They do have a return policy listed, and the buyer must return the item within 15 days, but without a return address or return authorization, I do not know where to return to, so I am stuck with a piece of garbage... a dollar at a yard sale. Not happy at all.
