I seen an ad on Facebook for two outside led solar lights. I bought the items and the said they would ship them. A few days later I got an email that they were shipped with a tracking number. The items were coming from China. When the package got to the US it showed the package in Nebraska for several days. I emailed them at their at Hoskservice.com. They responded with a bunch of crap about the package just taking more time. Them I checked the tracking number some days later and it said the item was delivered. On the map it showed the item being delivered to a address in the city that I live in but not my address. I emailed them and they gave me a runaround again. Now they offer me a $10 refund or reship the item. I told them I wanted a full refund.
