Upon suffering a theft by this company I went online and found they are ripping many people off. They are claiming to be a business yet are really a drop ship company. In there own words they do not order inventory until someone orders it. If there is a supply problem they just rip you off. I placed 2 orders. One order was missing one item. The other order they could not get. They said they issued a refund that should reflect on my card in 2 days. Been 7 and no refund. They are not responsive to emails and do not answer there phone using a message blaming covid they have no agents available. However you leave a message and they ignore that as well. I am out $40.53 from these crooks. SHUT THEM DOWN! I have emails I can forward as well.
