The buyer contacted me on Facebook Marketplace via Meta Messenger. They asked about the product and how I would send the bag to them . They agreed and sent the money. I recieved an email from Zelle online pay advises that they need an additional $500 in order to process a $7000 payment for the bag. I was automatically suspicious so I checked to see if there was any kind of scams going on without some Facebook marketplace and it stated that, this is exactly how the scammer would have gotten my money from me. I advised the scammer that I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
