I received payment by this company for a patient in my office, however we did not approve or accept this payment as we do not deal with any third-party claim settlement company, I called zelis Johnnie informed me the patients insurance company sends out the EOB and they send the checks out for faster processing, I called the insurance company to be informed this is false information and this company is a scam.
