Bill collection letter stating that they are a third-party company who partners with my health insurance company (real Cigna logo used) to collect bills from out of network doctor's visits. Cites a visit I never had with a doctor I've never met, Roozbeh Badii, who is licensed in states I've never been to. A quick google search of the doctor's name brings up several past scams and disciplinary information about the doctor, one stating that they had their medical license revoked.
