This whole experience was terrible!!! I placed an order on November 23 and when I sent a follow up email to inquire about my order I only received an email response. There is no contact number. I have attached a screenshot of my inquiry and it has been well over the supposed allotted time that it would take for the order to arrive and when I go to the site to check the status of my order it still shows in the awaiting shipment status.
