I ordered a product from their website and disn't receive it after almost a month. I reached out to them and they told me to keep waiting and sent me a tracking number that turned out to be a Chinese parcel tracking website, but there was no parcel under that tracking number. After over a month they said that it was lost and they'd send me another one with expedited shipping. Never received that one. So I reached out and they ask me to wait longer. Then I told them I just want a refund because it obviously isn't coming. Now everytime I reach out they say sorry your replacement order was lost. Please continue to wait. I placed the order on March 6th and we are coming up on 2 months with no progress on the order and no refund.
