Found a Virtual Assistant position on www.postjobfree.com/job/lfzu0r/virtual-assistant-new-york-ny and applied on 06/08/2021. I was sent a confirmation email that same day. On 06/09 I received an email from a "Vernon Wilkins" asking me to fill out the company's job form https://form.jotform.com/211569128459161. I filled out the form and "Vernon" sent another email on 06/14 inviting me for an interview via WhatsApp with the business number (706) 209-8838. A short interview was conducted with simple questions asking for my first name, reason for leaving previous job, how I handle pressure, and available start date. I was then told to again fill out another form at https://form.jotform.com/210996987105165 which I didn't. That was the last contact I had with Zeelog Services. I googled every business contact they provided on emails and their job forms (email address, WhatsApp number, address in Vallejo, CA) and came across nothing that proved them a legitimate company. I shared personal information such as my home address, phone number, and email address and also filled out an optional portion of their jotform for my LinkedIn, which has my birth name and previous work history.
