I supposedly purchased two pair of Birkenstock shoes and received two pair of shoes, but they were clearly a knock off of what they had pictured online. In the picture online, it showed Birkenstocks and so that is what I thought I was ordering. I have been in contact through email, but they are refusing my request to pay for return shipping and to refund my money.
