Made the purchase but received no confirmation email. Emailed support with the order number. I got a response with a tracking number. Kept checking status for weeks. Finally showed delivered 9/2/23, but obviously never received. Sent complaint by email with no response. Sent another email 11/9/23. Email bounced back due to address couldn't be found.

Same experience here. Found the product via social media, placed the order, never received the product. My "support person" was "linda".

I tracked the package, it eventually said it was delivered, but of course it wasn't. The web site is now gone.

I sent an order for two beach chairs on June 25, 2023 and never heard anything and have never received them. Also on my credit card they charged my out of country tax. Wish i could get my order. Beware scammers to the max.

I saw the ad on TikTok, the page name was HSN, so I thought Home shopping network is legit. I placed the order July 2nd and realized my zip code was off by one digit. I emailed the customer service to correct. I heard back from “Cindy” like another victim, stating she made the correction. Never received a confirmation, still have not received the chairs. Googled the name and saw I have probably been scammed.

Multi-functional beach chairs and other beach items advertised on TikTok. I placed the initial order and have not received any communication or products from the company in over a month. I emailed the support email address on the website with no response. There is no address or other contact information, just an email address.

Social media content suggesting a sale on beach chairs. The website hides the "sellers" location which appears to be hong kong. After order, i haven't received any confirmation of the order, no shipment details and no product.
