We were contacted by Zavions, on-line security provider on-screen, that our system was compromised. That set into action, PANIC, and the result was a on-line security providers message that said for so much they would fix the problem, ha. Never did anything but keep the monies and no further contact. Lost our money...

While doing a search on my computer, all of a sudden screen froze with a full screen warning that my computer was infected with a virus, and to call 855-518-8418. The person I talked to, Vince, told me that they were a tech support for Microsoft, could fix my computer. Against my better judgement I allowed access. I was transferred to "Nicki". She took my credit card info and had me virtually sign for the invoice. The I was transferred to "Mike" who would be the tech to fix computer. At the end of the scan to fix everything, he downloaded Malwarebytes software, as well as Google Chrome and IE browser, both with an Adware block attachment. Later on, I decided to call Microsoft directly, and they told me they do not contact customers with a popup screen warning of virus infection.
