In January, '23 ordered items through their website & paid. I received a notice that on 1/28 the package was delivered HOWEVER, I did not receive it. I waited a few days thinking it would show up. On 2/6 I contacted them via email. In the past month I have had dealings with 6 people. I'm told that a new package will be sent, that a refund will be issued, that the refund will take anywhere from 15-25 days. I warned them on 3/3 that I was going to contact you. I was then told that they had tried to get a refund from the logistics company & that if I wanted a new package would be sent out. Then one hour later I get an email stating that a refund will be sent & that it will take time. I'm sick & tired of the constant run around. It's been so long I can't even remember what I ordered.
