I purchased two Stegosaurus purses about a month and a half ago but when I tried to track my orders the page shows unavailable. I don’t know what to do. I want a refund but I don’t know how to get in touch with them. They don’t answer their Facebook messages either. What should I do? I need help, please!

So I disputed the claim and everything but mine just showed up. So I'd keep an eye out just in case. It took ages but it did eventually show. So maybe they just got shut down?

I would dispute the charge with your credit card company. Hopefully they can get it back.

The same thing happened to me. I bought two like a month again and it never got delivered. Didn’t get a refund or make a complaint since the page isn’t available.

After buying a Steg bag and receiving a "tracking email" the site now lists as "unavailable"

I bought a Steg bag in Zaroe I don’t have my purchase and I have not hear anything from the company after send them an email and a Facebook message and now I don't even have access to the web site to track my package. It was supposed to arrive to my address last week

I just ordered one too and now it says their site isn't available anymore so I figure mine will probably never show either.

Bought cheeky hamster from Zaroe. It came directly from China. Did not work my husband is an engineer and he couldn't make it work. New batteries wont work, tried to contact them. they don't respond tried 4 times. want a replacement or a refund. No answer
