My sister told me about Zaralike online website, it sold name brand purses and wallets. On 4/29/21, we visited the website and we was looking for a nice purse and wallet to match for a gift for my daughter-in-law for her graduation, we found the set and I also found me a set. The prices was unbelievable, I purchased 2 sets for $195.00 and I made the purchase. I had contacted Gayna by email on May 08, 21 to find out when should I expect to receive my order, since no one contacted since the order was placed. I emailed them every week, sometimes twice a week. I received a email on May 10, 21 at 1:04 am, say they apologize for the inconvenience and my order will be shipped out shortly. What it all boils down to is, received the order on June 1, 21 I told them that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau on June 3,21, they apologized and wanted me to send pictures, so they can resolved the issue, but never did. and the item not was what I ordered and I emailed them again, to let them know that my order was wrong, they tried to give me $20.00 and I told them, I want a full refund, they went on to tell me that I can keep the ugly items. I emailed them again asking for a full refund, they tried to give me $59.00. I told them that was unacceptable. I'm still presently emailing them, then they going to tell me that they can't give back refunds after 14 days, but it wasn't 14 days. This is what I received below, who would want that.
