I purchased zara jeans after all the rave about them online. i actually ordered 4 pairs of jeans and sent back 3 of them due to horrible quality and sizing. i have been waiting two months for my refund. according to usps they have received them but they won’t send the refund. i’ve called, emailed and chatted them. they always say the same thing “we will escalate this” nothing happens. after this happened to me, i started looking at reviews and this seems to be very common. they never send the refund.

You can go to Zara.com, enter in any valid credit card # (can be randomly computer generated), enter in any fake billing address, and whoever's fake credit card you entered would get charged. They can generate interest off this and it is a SCAM. They should NOT be allowed to charge any credit card until the order is actually shipped with a VALID tracking number.
