Facebook add selling Hoka shoes at a discount. Tracking showed package was delivered but it never was. When I reached out to the customer service of ZAPPOS they stated it was not them and they had no record of the ordered. When I emailed the [email protected] the emails were returned as no such address. No social security information just credit card used.
