I purchased a lab pup online for 750. Including shipping thru a Zelle app. When it came time to ship, I received a email stating that seller didn’t provide proper crate and we needed to buy or rent a crate. We was told $1800. To buy or $1500. To rent. I told the courier it was not my responsibility and to get with seller. After long waits I would get a response from seller stating they are working on it or they would pay so much towards the crate. At this point, I just wanted a refund. No dog or money!!! Hoping this helps someone not to be a victim.
