For the simple fact that this buisness has an "Escalations department" might give the consemer room to pause. With this said, my complaint is based on their unscrupulous practices, thow they may not be "illegal " they are however unsavory. Please consider this a warning ??. The third party "cop out" is an ubiquitous tone set forth in the troubleshooting of billing issues. The right hand not knowing what the left is doing so to speak. Nearing on willful negligence or ignorance ??. By the time the consumer gets the through the gauntlet of the third party phone shell game of who is on first and i dont know is on second, they are onto the next phase, if they have lasted this far. This part is were they have got you, and its neatly tied up in multable billing cycles. Talk about deliberate obfuscation by confusion. Taking advantage of us humans by design I believe is the business model for many companies these days. If the pissed offness of this tangled web gets to you and your prompted to opt out, theyhave one more fine print option up their sleeve, penalty charges! Good luck people stay woke!
