I purchased a Rose Gold Zodiac necklace for my significant other from this website because she saw it on a facebook post. She shared it with me and i purchased it on Black Friday. It is currently a week after i have purchased this item and it has not notified me that it has shipped nor have i received it in the mail. I looked on their Facebook page and people are in the comments complaining about their products they never received as well. I have tried to contact them through their "Contact Us" page with the email "[email protected]" and there has not been a response. I also tried to contact them through their Facebook page and still no answer. I am now out $28.50 and worried about my credit card information, as they did not accept PayPal, which is my usual form of online payment.
