I tried to cancel immediately and they emailed days later and say that it too late they shipped it. At this point we know the ring is a knock off so we are like what ever if it comes we will chalk up our loses we got scammed. The ring ended up coming and it is completely different it’s a simple “wedding band”. I email the place back and they tell me:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your reply.
We’re sorry for the unsatisfied purchase. We can do a return, and if you want a full refund,
please consider returning the items to us first, we will refund you after we get the return package, do not worry.
But the shipping for return is very expensive and it will take a long time. We think that it is not beneficial for us to do a return.
If you can keep the item, and for this issue, we can refund you $2 as compensation
or we can give you a discount when you order next time. Please consider it.

I tell them that’s not acceptable I want a full refund or at the least the right item sent and this scam is not okay I will be reporting them. Their answer back is:

We just think that if you can keep the items, it would be the easiest way.
If you want a full refund, we will refund you after we get the return package, please do not worry.
But if return, you also need to pay high shipping, and it will take us a long time.
And we can't refund you the shipping fee.
Could you please consider keeping them or return us back?
If you insist on returning, we suggest you should ask your local post office for the return shipping costs in advance.
Our warehouse is in Xi'an, China.
If you can consider keeping the order, we can give you a $5 refund. Please consider it.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I placed an order, and then mistakenly a second one of the same. I had 4 rings coming my way. Two of one, and two of another.
Out of 4 rings. only one was right.
Not only did I pay for fake product, I got the wrong product.
They are trying to discourage me from sending the product back. I have emailed with them daily for at least 3 weeks. Yesterday they told me that their warehouse is moving. I'm being strongly discouraged to keep the product and accept 15USD for my troubles. My order was 84.50 USD.
I got the add through facebook. It was too good to be true and I fell for it.
