Type of a scam Online Purchase

THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I purchase my items on July 17, 2023 and I notice my package should have came by now because it was August 20, 2023. So I email them and ask them about my package they said it was delivered on August 18, 2023. I responded back and said the devil is a lie I never did not received my package. Then they said they can redelivery. I said yes and then I ask them could they give me my tracking information from the carrier. They said that once it been delivered we don't have that information. So on August 20, 2023 I was chatting with Eda in that email and she put in for a redelivery.

Ok, here we go again almost a month went by now it is September 26, 2023 and they saying my package has been delivered and it was signed for. I say the devil is a lie and it wasn't me signing anything because it never came to my address. So I said well I will sign my name on a piece of paper and sent it in this email and you can see that is not my signature. They go say well we chat with the delivery and it was delivered to the address that associated with the card on file because see your card address can be different.Then I told them they is full of bull crap and drama because my card is the same as my address.I just want my money back. So refund me my money back. So I sent an email on October 6, 2023 asking them where is my money. So Eda sent email back saying I apologize for the delay in processing your refund. Now here they goes with another lie saying do to high volume of refund bank requesting to be patience. Well I know they full of crap they are bunch of thieves, online scammers hustling because as of today on October 27, 2023 I am still waiting on my refund. Now tell me why when you click on your information to check the store. Now it saying M-SHOP IS CLOSE. THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR ONLINE STORE ANYMORE...TODAY I AM Laying THIS AT THE FEET OF JESUS THAT EVERYBODY THEY STOLED FROM THAT THEY WILL REAP WHAT That SOW.

Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service

Waiting 2mths for refund

Tuesday Aug. 8, 2023, I e-mailed this company that my order was NEVER delivered. They informed me that they use a private delivery service. I asked for the name so the order could be tracked. No response. I asked for a refund. Since then, I have been back and forth several e-mails with no success. I get the same old runaround. They continually say that it's being reviewed or that the amount of refunds they have to issue has prevented them from expediting my refund. This has been going on for almost 2 mths now. This company should not be allowed to advertise anything at all. The customer service is horrendous. I have ran out of patience and am exasperated. I'm tired of the usual e-mail saying the same thing.
